High Performance/Elite Squad

Players at this stage of our development program are expected to be intrinsically motivated and strongly committed to work towards mastery across all areas of the 4-corner model; Technical, Physical, Social, Psychological.

At this level, as technical skills become mastered, our cognitive based learning will centre around spatial awareness in tight areas; developing exceptional mental and technical aptitude; increased speed and movement and decision making under pressure.

Coaches will focus on increasing the speed of vision, decision making and execution through multi-tasking and synchronised drills.

​

At this level, players focus on cognitive readiness, improved perception and enhanced concentration.
