In School Team Coaching

Teamwork is knowing that the strength of the player is in the team and the strength of the team is in the player.

ESA will work closely with your school sports coordinator to develop a customised plan for improving the performance of all of your grade soccer teams. Our head coach will provide a comprehensive training and coaching plan for each school term and will adjust this plan according to observations made during training and in competition games.

The emphasis is on building team focussed possession style football and providing opportunities to develop technical skills, conditioning and agility while also understanding the importance of tactical decision making.

Our talented team of educators work with coaches to ensure that the instruction is provided in the most effective format and co-curricular programs using real literacy and numeracy life skills in a soccer context to enhance the student's knowledge both on and off the field.
